The Lakeside Suite
Private ground floor queen bedroom suite with full bath, walk-in closet, smart TV and workspace located in a shared two story townhome. Your suite is just inside the main entrance, and across from the shared kitchen.
You also have full access to the dining nook, living room, screened porch with view of the pond, backyard, laundry and free parking. Upstairs is the home owner's rooms and the only private space not available to guests.
This private space in a shared home is ideally suited for a quiet individual couple, or remote worker. Your host, Mary, is friendly and knowledgeable about the Aiken area, and will follow your lead as to whether you prefer to socialize or have your own space. One cat-friendly well-behaved dog is welcome, but Mary's cat Rocky prefers to be the only cat. Quiet hours observed between 10 pm and 7 am.
Safe family neighborhood location on the desirable south side. Close to downtown, shopping, & horse show venues.
Available for midterm rental as well as short stays.

Very comfortable bed and clean accommodations. Felt at home and enjoyed ourselves exploring the town. One overnight is really not sufficient so we may come back in the future.

This location was definitely one of the most beautiful places, in part because of the great outdoor area that it overviewed on the balcony area, as well as the interior. The host was also very kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable which made my stay increasingly comfortable and pleasurable. I'll definitely stay here again in the future if an opportunity presents itself.

I had such a wonderful stay at Mary's place! Kendra is a prompt and thoughtful communicator. I so enjoyed pleasant conversation with Mary and her beautiful flower garden in the evenings after a long day's work at the hospital. The room and its furnishings were beyond comfortable and provided me relaxation and amazing nights' sleep. I have stayed in many Airbnbs, and this delightful place is one of the finest.
